30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your device, contact us within 30 days to start a return (RMA).

Eligibility

• The device must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional damage.
• All accessories originally included must be returned.
• Devices with signs of disassembly, liquid damage, or tampering after delivery are not eligible.

Process

1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason.
2. Our support team reviews and issues an RMA number within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the device back with the RMA number provided.
4. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Notes

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the device arrived defective or not as described. Each device is inspected and photographed before listing; condition grades are documented on the product page.
